Have you tried increasing your Calcium? That is something that is mentioned often. I think it is Calcium Carbonate. Your situation may have nothing to do with something that probiotics would help. If I you think you are lactose intolerant you should just forget all dairy and see if it helps. The DA Lactose is for people that want to continue to eat dairy and is more for gas and upset stomach, I think than diahrea. It really isn't hard to determine if you are sensitive to dairy.
