Today I felt something as I wiped my bummm....it's a tiny soft buble on the outside of my rectum.  It hurts and I feel pressure and a little bit of throbbing...So it's on the outside, do I just use a cream to get rid of it?  Or what do I do, this is the first one I have ever had so if you have something helpful I would love to hear it...

What is the treatment?
Medical treatment of hemorrhoids is aimed initially at relieving symptoms. Measures to reduce symptoms include
 
Tub baths several times a day in plain, warm water for about 10 minutes
 
Application of a hemorrhoidal cream or suppository to the affected area for a limited time
