A good friend of mine wants me to try a Probiotic the one she wants to send me has 16 strains. I also have heard of Digestive Advantage. I have IBS-D. It's only bad after heavy meal or main meal I have the bloating and D. She has said the plant enzyme will help with that after meals. I hope so.

Anyone have any luck with any of the above?

Thanks!

I have taken Align for a month and didn't see any improvment. I am thinking of trying VSL#3 next though. I haven't tried the enzymes. I have heard that Digestive Advantage for ibs making their D worse. The doctor told them to try Digestive Advantage for Chrons and it seem to help them, however I have never tried either one. I am ibs-d with anxiety and I take immodium and Lomotil at the moment.

Lomotil helps with colon spasms and relaxes the gut. It also seems to take the edge off of stressing about the urgency. In my experience Immodium works just as good but without the side effects. I get tired when I take the lomotil but I like the calming affect it has.

I have been on VSL#3 for 2 months now, 2 packs a day. Doesn't seem to give consistent help with my chronic D, unfortunately.
23 years of UC which started after quitting smoking. In and out of flares which are usually triggered by antibiotics. Latest issue is endless diarrhea without blood or mucous.
