I have something of a dilemma. We all know how healthy cruciferous vegetables are, and I would like to include them in my diet but they definitely have an uncomfortable effect on my bowel. I have IBS-C. My bowel habits are not altered by eating broccoli etc. It's just the discomfort it causes passing through. Should I eat it anyway, or am I damaging/aggravating my system if I persist?
