Recipe for tea?

I know I read before about some people on here making a tea with fresh ginger to soothe their stomachs/gas/etc. Can anyone tell me how much ginger they use and their "process"? I bought some fresh ginger and was going to try it. Also had read something about peppermint tea or something like that? Thanks for any help. Pray you are all feeling well today.

1. boil a glass of water in vessel,

2. crush a small piece of peeled ginger, nearly 2 garlic clove size. Add this crushed ginger to the boiling water.

3. Boil for 10 more minutes. And switch off the heat.

4. Add honey for taste.

Though ginger is said to be good for stomach gas and ache... for some people it causes pain.
