I have FM, IBS, and a questionable IBD diagnoses according to my current GI.
Anyway.....try reading the book "Sugar Fix". I have been following the diet in that book with good success. Sour dough and rye bread have no fructose. You still need to read the label and look for sugar as some brands add it to make the bread brown when cooked. But the organic versions I have found are good, my local grocery store and Whole Foods have some.
Gluten free doesn't mean fructose free.....I wish it did cause then I could eat brownies and cake again!!! Man I crave sweet stuff!!
