anyone have problems with b12. and if so what is the side effect when your b 12 is low and what do you feel like when it is to low..
what caused your b12 to drop

I don't take b12 vitamins and I feel fine. I actually don't take vitamins, I get them from cereal in the morning, that's all.

I know that taking more than the recommended dose can make your eyes turn yellow tint but I highly doubt anyone would want to O.D. on b12. tongue

I think B12 Deficiency can be pretty common and can be caused by a lot of things. My wife has it and has to give herself B12 shots. Hers I think for the most part was menopause. It cause fatique and memory loss with her.

anemia can also cause this

You can't overdose on B-12 as it's water soluable.......I get the shots as I have Pernisious Anemia......
