I have been having gastrointestinal symptoms for some time now, but have recently seen relief by starting the FODMAP diet. The only problem is that I am not completely sure what this diet consists of. I've read numerous conflicting online posts as to what should and shouldn't be included in the diet and I've heard that there are doctors in Australia that some people have talked to. Has anyone talked to any of these doctors and received any legitimate diet plans from them? I really need to know what the actual FODMAP diet is, rather than the various renditions of it online.
