probiotics (these have been the most helpful)
teas (peppermint, camomile, and ginger)
aloe vera juice (very helpful for me at least)
herbs ( peppermint leaf, chamomile leaf, marshmallow root, borage leaf, ginger root, lessed thistle leaf, slippery elm leaf, oatstraw leaf, fennel seed)
vitamins & minerals (calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins, these also help reduce stress which goes hand in hand with ibs)
