Hey Everyone,
I have been doing some research on Melatonin for my own problems sleeping and I have to tell you I now sleep like a baby when I take this natural product.  While I was researching this product I came across information that stated that this product helps people with asthma,  migraine/headaches and also with bowel problems.  It is worth researching.  I just typed in Melatonin benefits in my browser.  There is much information that really promotes this products for a multiple of problems.  Even helps asthma patients sleep better, which I do have and it has benefited me in that way as well.  Low doses are recommended.  1 mg. or 2mg. maybe 3 or 4 nights a week.  Some people have vivid dreams which I would welcome since I haven't slept well enough to get to that stage!  Others may have nightmares.  They suggest breaking the pills in two or in thirds if this happens.  There are other benefits as well.  I suggest everyone check it out for themselves to see if it is worth a try.  In my case, it helps me tremendously.  I sometimes feel tired the next day, but since it reduces inflamation and lowers blood pressure and helps me sleep better this is okay with me.  I just wanted to pass this along and hope that some others would benefit from this discovery too.  It is natural and has been around for years and is safer than, in my opinion, than many drugs for depression.  As for myself, I will be using this to aid my conditions and to give me added benefits from now on.  God bless you all and have a great thanksgiving.
Blessings,  SusieM
