I have a question. I have IBS-D, (used to be IBS-C dont know what the heck happened there) and I like, having problems digesting my food in my stomach without drinking MASSIVE amounts of water. what is that all about? Like, if I eat a meal without drinking alot, my stomach gets this weird nauseaous-but-hungry-kinda feeling. And if I drink water, it goes away. Im a pretty messed up 15 year old. ughhh.

Hi blondie :)
Drinking anything while eating is important to aid in digestion. If you do not drink anything while or after eating, your stomach is working hard to break down all of the solids which in turn will give you pains. I hope this helps a little.
