I've had various digestive problems and diagnoses attached to them. I have been on a gluten- free diet for about 5 years and was still having loose bowels. I then stopped eating corn about 3 years ago and some chronic neck pain disappeared.
Now I'm trying no grains at all (or beans or potatoes) and my bowels are usually firm. This is quite a change. I eat lots of vegetables including what I had given up because of my loose bowels. Has anyone had any experiences like this or related to it.

for me being gluten free has "formed" up everything. so far my explosions are gone, and diarrhea is if i am nervous... so i am staying off gluten for a bit!
i haven't noticed any harm with potatos for me...

i love veggies, but i do go a bit more often when i eat them...

welcome and take care,
what would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
