i am offically now in my C phase of my IBS

usually it is the other way around, now i am back to the C part.
i have not gone in 3 days.
i eat fiber one every day which is they say the highest form of fiber you can get with a cereal without the calories and sugar  etc.
if i take a supplement to make me go, the n i will get D
9-02 crash w/ C-5-6-7 anterior/posterior fusion in neck w/11 screws and 4 metal plates. multilevel HNP at T & L section. FMS, PA in dec 05. SSI approved after 2.5 yr wait. sezuires, CTS, etc. on norco, xanax etc. i dont know what else is wrong with me and neither does anyone else!!!

Hi missie,
I know what you are going through. You get so used to one way and have your regimine set and then BAM! things change and you have to start all over again. Do you think that this may just be a one off with the C and maybe you are not switching completely yet? If you can handle it, prune juice will be your best bet for relief (at least it was for me mostly). Take Care
