I guess I'm a 2 or 3. My poop problems come and go, but I can do a pretty good job of managing them. I'm not afraid to go out places (I was this summer when I had a bad spell, though). I only have to avoid raw apples and apple juice and caffeine, so that's not too bad a change in diet. After all, caffeine's not good for you anyways. I don't eat fried fast food anymore either (almost never any fast food), but that's in large part because it doesn't taste good anymore once you've gone off it. And I do worry some about
my guts. But I can still tolerate my grandmother's fried chicken, and I can eat half a Red Baron pizza, so all is right with the world.
