Hey everyone!
Just wondering...are some days just like, randomly worse than others? Like, I had been having a decent week, and then today its like BAM my body decides its gonna torture me with some intense D and backaches. For no reason. UGH. Its like, what did I do to you, body? lol im sure all of you guys have felt the same way...I just had to rant it out on here because most of my friends would be like uhmm...gross. lol thanks for being here to talk about our wonderful POOP!

Ahh yes, I can relate. I have to say that I get pains but they aren't really really intense. There are some times though that I need a trash can in front of me while on the toilet cause I need to vomit from the intense pain. It can come out of the blue without warning too. I know how you feel. (((HUGS))) to you blondie.

Wow my pains are never THAT bad but just that dull, i-need-to-bend-over-and-say-owwwww pains haha. I realized why i've been going all day...im ANXIOUS as ever because tomorrow im leaving for Junior Olympic Volleyball National Championships tomorrow!!! ahhh im so excited!! and my bowels have ALWAYS been affected by anxiety sooo this definatly is the trigger. And the powdered doughnuts I ate this morning. dummy me. lol
