An article with some tidbits from studies conducted on Tai Chi.  Note that it seems to lower a certain stress hormone; it might be of benefit to some of our folks on here who suffer from stress causing IBS and IBS causing stress.

Hi Keriamon- thanks for the link. You are always so kind about sharing helpful info.  I wholly believe in this type of stuff (for lack of a better term) in terms of healing.  I would be very willing to try it.  I did attempt one time but I picked a program off of my cable (we have digital cable and this 'Exercise TV' option which allows you anywhere from 10 -30  mins. of different types of exercise to try) but unfortunately, the lady was like one step up from a coma and it was so slow.  I was bored very quickly - but I do not believe this was a good example.  I am going for my first acupuncutre treatment (it's supposed to be real good for nausea) wed.  Anyway, thanks again. Have a great night!!

Carell, let us know how your accupuncture goes. I'm sure many of us are curious about alternative treatment.
Also, ginger is really good for nausea. You can try the tea or even the gum.
Good luck!

Yes, definitely let us know how the acupuncture goes; a lot of people have wondered about it, but I don't think anyone's tried it yet.
