I have just been diagnosed with Diverticulitis and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good cookbook.  I am supposed to have a high fiber, low fat diet.

My stepfather has to be careful of seeds. They've gotten into his little pocket before and set up an infection. Some people with diver. don't have that problem, but it may be something you want to look out for. He avoids seeds on bread, sunflower seeds and seeds in fruits. He can tolerate the teeny-tiny seeds from strawberries, though. Other than that, he eats a normal, average diet (but I think his diver. is faily mild; it only seems to get him when he eats the seeds).
