I'm a new member here. I have had IBS for years but was more C prone until a few years ago and am now D predominant. Extremely.
I am taking an antibiotic right now for something else and need to know what probiotics might be good for me? I usually get severe yeast infections after taking a course of antibiotics.
Can people please reccomend a good one? Please keep in mind, I have major dairy intolerance as well.
Also, should I take caprylic acid as well?
Thanks in advance!

Hi :)

I don't know anything about the caprylic acid but I can suggest a good probiotic for you...the one I use is called primadophilus reuteri, made by natures way (it has to be kept in the fridge though) but it's even beneficial for lactose intolerant peeps (like myself as well) and I've noticed a huge difference, I rarely take a lactaid pill anymore because of this probiotic benefitting my lactose intolerance problem.
You only need to take one primadophilus a day and it's priced well.
