A previous article I posted on multi-vitamins found that many had more vitamins than listed--some with dangerously high amounts, some even with high lead concentrations.
This article shows that combined studies on antioxidant vitamins found no health benefits in terms of longevity, and there was actually an increase in death, although they haven't examined why (maybe people who take vitamins are all older than the regular population, and therefore die sooner during the study, or maybe skydivers are heavy users of vitamins, lol).
Anyways, if you're taking these vitamins just for longevity, you're probably better off saving your money, especially in light that many vitamins came up contaminated or mislabeled a few weeks ago.
If you're taking these vitamins because you are deficient in them due to malabsorbtion or eating problems, then, by all means, you should continue to take them. Centrium Silver, which contains all of the vitamins listed, got a clean slate on its testing, so it is safe for use.
