Ok, so been suffering with reflux and later IBS-C after a series of antibiotics to treat prostatitis in the last couple years.
All last year i suffered from IBS-C after my GERD problem got better, i tried everything and even got a colonoscopy since
the docs thought that it would be a good idea.
They didnt find anything. Things were about the same until the end of the year. Tried chinese herbs, senna tea, probiotics and yogurt.
I started doing some research on probiotics and learning about them
Took Activia for a couple weeks and seemed to start to work.
But what really did it was two probiotics.

One from New Chapter called Sensitive Colon and the other from Metagenics called Ultra Flora Plus DF Capsules

Specially the one from Metagenics seems to work well. I take one of each after breakfast and have cleared up my problems for the last 2 months
I go every day usually 2 times or at least once.

Also have been doing yoga and i think that has helped a lot too.

Good luck!

Glad to hear some first-hand recommendations for probiotics. I hope they continue to work for you!

Some other people have said that yoga helped their bowels too--namely gas and constipation. It can be hard, though, they've said, to not pass gas accidently in some of the positions! Lol.
