Welcome back, Keri!!!!! How'd it go? Sorry you had to deal with a sinus problem. You all better?
Funny you say "cured!" We had a member on here claiming to have the IBS cure... that didn't last long. You know how that goes. You missed some good debates, some insulting of the site and lots of bickering.
All in all... we're all here and pretty much the same. Same thing, different day.

I had a bit of problem with my guts while over there. I just ended up taking more of my Welchol and calcium and got it straightened out. Nothing very bad at any rate. Been having more problems since getting back home, actually. I think that may be in part to all of the cold medicine I've been on. Going from here and London with nice spring temps, to Scotland, where there was a foot of snow on the ground and a wind chill in the teens, did not agree with my sinus. Now I'm back home and it's 80 degrees and the pollen count is at record highs, so I have a feeling that my feeling better today is only temporary, lol. I'm going to start back in on the acidophillus pills and see if that helps my guts some; you know travel and illness can upset the bacteria levels in the guts.

I'm sorry to hear that someone was bad-mouthing this site. I can't imagine what anyone could find wrong with it. Sometimes you get a rude person on it, but that's so rare, especially compared to other groups. I've been on this group longer than any other message group, save one, and that's because the quality of the people has always been so high.

Yikes! You've been all over the place with some drastic weather changes. Good luck getting yourself all straightened out. Keep on the probiotics. Hopefully you'll be as good as new in no time.
