I don't know what all is involved with your hearing, but if you can take medical records with you to prove that you have been going to the doctor constantly, heck, even take in your prescriptions to show them that you're on a lot of medicine and that you obviously have a problem, I would think it would be a lot harder for them to take action against you when you can show just cause. Even if the hearing says that yes, they can fire you for being out sick so much, maybe it will at least find that you do have a problem that prevents you from working and so you can get benefits.

I am so sorry that you are going through this .... It all just seems so unfair. You have medical certificates and proff that you are ill. They cannot dispute that. You can't help being sick and they have to understand that.
I am glad that your doctors are behind you. Please try and stay calm .... dont let them get the better of you. You are better than them.

Take care.

Oh, I think revenge can be quite useful and satisfying. Unfortunately it's also illegal in most cases, so that's not helpful in the least. I think justice should involve some amount of revenge. But they're arresting people in the US for giving people laxative-laced baked goods, which I think is the best revenge on people who aren't understanding of someone else's serious stomach woes.

How'd it go on your day out today? I hope you went somewhere familiar so that you don't get any added anxiety, especially about restrooms.

As for the laxative idea... At my work we have community refrigerators and this guy used to keep his coffee creamer in the fridge. He noticed everyday his creamer was getting used by someone other than just him. Once he went to get his creamer and the carton was on the shelf EMPTY. He was livid. So the next time her brought his creamer in he put a laxative in it for retaliation. The next day he noticed it had been used. LOL Never again did he notice his creamer being used by another. Ha ha!

im sure it is against the law to be sacked for illness. You can't help being ill and if you have doctors notes, surely they cant sack you. Sorry you are going through this bad time.
