I know that blood in your stool is not from PCOS, although the pain and D could be.  Of course, nothing says you can't have two things wrong with you at once.  You may have IBD AND PCOS on top of one another, which is why your D and pain seem worse than anyone else's.  But hormonal fluctuations definitely seem to set a lot of women's IBS off, so you're probably correct that there's a connection there.  Have you tried birth control at all?  That's what they prescribed a friend of mine who had a couple of ovarian cysts.  I don't know if it would help a whole lot with multiple cysts (PCOS), but it might.  It might also help balance out your hormones some so your bowels don't get so crazy.  They prescribe BC for women with really heavy periods and a lot of pain and sickness and that helps them moderate out, so I assume it might help your guts moderate too.  They've got so many hormone options out there, surely they can find something that might help you out a little.

I had forgotten about your high blood pressure problem, although I've never heard of weight being an issue when it comes to BC. If that were the case, there would be a lot of kids in the US since, after visiting England and Scotland, I can definitely say that we have WAY more fat people than you guys have. If they kept all us large US women off BC, there'd be a lot of kids. See, the funny thing is, up until you get way, way overweight, you're actually more likely to be fertile than a normal or thin-sized woman. Whoops!

I really hope you get to go to a gyno. Mine's just moved to Kentucky, but I'd recommend her to you in a heartbeat. She has female problems of her own, AND she has IBS. She'd do anything to fix you up. If you ever wanted to consider it, the dollar is about half of a pound right now, and I think my last visit to her was $160, so that'd be 80 pounds for you. I think my full hormone bloodwork was like $300. I saw in London too where you could fly to the US for 100 pounds or so. Your airline fares are SO much cheaper than ours! And everything over here'd be half price to you: hotels for 20-25 pounds a night, McDonald's for 3 pounds, a regular restaurant meal for 5. If you could scrounge up the money from savings and/or family, I'm sure there's several of us on here who could find good doctors of various persuasions to help you. You sure don't seem to be getting any help over there.

Anyways, I sure hope you can find a doctor to help you out. I agree that there's not much you can do right now but do to the hospital/doctor and be a human guniea pig; they can't possibly make it worse, can they?
