Fluttering under right rib cage

Did your doc say the 27% ejection fraction was normal? I am under the impression that anything below 35% is abnormal.

I used to get that sternum pain you are referring to often. I was 17 when that started and immediately I had an EGD done. It was normal. I was perturbed. I was belching a lot too so my doc concluded I produced too much stomach acid. It wasn't to the point of reflux, it was just too much for me. He put me on Prevacid and it went away. After my prescription ran out I started buying Tagament otc and it worked. Now (over 10 years later) I only get it randomly and usually goes away with a quick antacid med.

Have you been scoped (upper and lower)?

Hi dragons,

Where you describe the location of your fluttering, it does seem like its the gallbladder. I don't have much information to give about the functioning of gallbladders since the only personal knowledge I have is about stones when my husband had his. I hope you can get some answers soon. Did your doc state that they were going to keep testing?

I think Lil's right that your ejection rate is too low, indicating a gall bladder problem. Everything else you describe sounds just like GB problems to me. But don't feel too bad; it took them 3 tests and 5 years before they finally concluded that was what was wrong with me.
