I have read some of these cases , but I have a question to anyone.I am 50 years old and in some good physical condition ,I carried a bike up the stairs, I always do.
But the  other day I felt I pulled something around the waist that made me stop for a min carring the bike up .
Two days later I notice I had a slight bump around my waist on the left side with some pain.
No diahrrea,no vomiting, no constipation, just unconfortable.
Went to the doctor and she felt nothing.Just told me to go home and take it esy, and in 2 weeks will go away.
Just want to get someone's input.Does is it sound like something related to bms?
Does anyone experienced this before? confused

Hi woops,
Welcome to HealingWell! :-)
It sounds like you could have a hernia. Your doctor didn't do any investigating? I guess I would wait the couple weeks, take it easy, and definitely go back to the doc if you are still being bothered.
