To those of you that responded. I had my US on Wednesday which revealed an enlarged uterus, small fibroid tumor in my uterus wall, and free fluid (indicative of a ruptured ovarian cyst). I go back to the doctor on Monday to discuss the results. I have noticed a change in my bowels and I believe that this definitely can be a contributing factor.

Hey sports, thanks for the update...sounds like it's a bit of a mess in there!  Don't be surprised if your doctor brings up the possibility of a hysterectomy.  Not sure if you're willing to go that route yet, but it's one of the more common solutions to these issues.  Just make sure you ask plenty of questions and if something's not clear to you, make that clear to the doctor and ask for clarification.  Keep us updated!
