Has anyone had success and seen improvements in their IBS with anti-fungal/yeast/candida diets and anti-fungal/yeast/candida supplements?
800 mg Asacolon twice a day
Fish Oil
Iron tablets (only for short term to build up iron stores)

I took Flagyl on several occasions for my diarrhea and each time, it seemed to have a positive effect.  Flagyl is an anti-fungal.  It's not the most fun med to take for 10 days (has some side effects) but it helped me a lot.

Don't think so. It is an antibacterial, an antibiotic drug. Flagyl made me crazy. Antifungal natural supplements (who needs side effects!?)...... :) are probably something you should look into though. Helped me get well.
