Not long to go now!! Getting a bit apprehensive but trying to be brave. Can anyone give guidance on what level of activity can safely be resumed post procedure? I keep sheep and they are in and cosy for the winter at present, but this necessitates a lot of hay and straw bale lifting and moving about. Also I regularly climb the five bar gate into the field. Can all this physical acitivty start the day after colonoscopy?

Easta, I hope everything goes well tomorrow for your prep. Don't be nervous! Bring some Mad Libs or something to the toilet with you to while away the hours. You will go more than you ever thought possible! It's necessary for the docs to get a really clear picture of what's going on. Hang in there! And you should be fine after the procedure, usually I just go home and take a nap and am fine that evening.
