I have had several bouts of D. lately which happens so fast I don't make it to the restroom.  I watch what I eat, but it happens anyway.  It is usually in the morning.  I think 2 items that bother me are almonds and wheat beer.  Aside from staying away from these products, any suggestions.

That's great that you figured out at least two triggers. It might take a few days of food-journaling so you can begin to notice more patterns. Is it watery or just loose stools? How many times a day do you go? Are you on any medications? Any history of recent travel? Have you lost weight? These would be important questions to ask your doctor if you end up going in for a visit. In the meantime, try an even blander diet (bananas, rice, dry toast, plenty of fluids like Gatorade)...this might help you out in the meantime!

Unfortunately no weight loss. No travel laely. I am on Heather's Tummy Fiber which has been a God send most days.
I am not too picky about what I eat, but I sometimes pay for it. I guess a food journal would help, but some things bother me some days and not others. Strange, I know. Thanks for the reply.
