Well the lady is finally coming out at 1:00 this afternoon. Please keep good thoughts and prayers for me that they will be able to help. I don't want somone to wait on me hand and foot but it's just to hard for my lungs and heart to mop floors and stuff. I took out the trash yesterday and I thought I'd never get back to the house. If there is any amount that they can help me with it will give my body a break and hopfully keep me from one or two hospital visits a year. I'll let ya know how it goes
thanks
love carol

CONGRATS!!!!! Sounds wonderful. Wish I could get into a program like that- it would save hubby having to take me to every single apt since I really don't fit well behind the wheel anymore.

Thanks everyone I really appreciate it. Redrose I got a chuckle out of that tongue

Now the bad news. The lady that came to do my interview had been off work sick for two weeks. She came over friday and her first day back was thursday and guess what.............................I'm coughing my fool head off again! I feel like I swollowed a razorblade. I just took two vicodins and my last antibiotic. I'm gonna gargle with warm salt water that's all I can think of to do. My doctor of course is out until after the new year. If it gets to bad I'll have to go to the hospital I guess. I can't beleive this is happening. This is the 3rd time I've been sick in a month. How could I catch anything with all the antibiotics they have me on? I can't take this crap anymore!

love and prayers carol

OH NO! Oh that's awful Carol!! BTW . . . antibiotics don't prevent or cure viral infections . . . and sorry sis, viral infections seem to be more prevalent. YES! salt water and lots of liquids . . . soup broth, water, herbal tea . . . actual the tanin in black tea will help your throat too.

Some hot tea for you Carol!!

Blessings!

Beth, I'm sorry you're coughing again! I'd call the service and tell them that they can't send out anyone with a cold or anything contagious.

Boy I'm happy for the servces you've been able to get. That must have been lots of work. You put that woman to work, girl!

Love,

Pat

Okie,

oh, I feel for you.....take good care. Like Rosie, antibiotics won't touch viral infections and lots and lots of liquids will help break up the gunk that comes up with the coughiing and hopefully help the pneumonia back off. Peppermint might also help soothe your throut. Peppermint is also usally pretty well tolerated if your stomach is queasy. Wish I could help more. Lots of good thoughts and hugs for you (along with hands folded and talking with a prescence we can't see. You know who I mean *wink*.)

Hey Carol,

I'm just catching up with  you and what has been going on.  Sorry I've been a bit lax in my posts this week.

That is wonderful that you're going to be getting the home care you need so much!  That is an answer to prayer!  But I'm so sorry you're feeling sick again.  Honestly, they should have waited to send that person.  A few more days would have maybe prevented this!  BAH!  I'm frustrated for you.....  How are you tonight?

We're still praying for ya sis!!!  Hope your night is going better,

Love
Ginny
