Er, Hives!
I have read in one condition, either Lupus of sjogrens, you develop hives at times.
I seem to spring em very frequently but usually one at a time!!! and usually on a finger digit.
SO, can anyone tell me which one of these conditions does the hives spring!!
I am finding that my 'dryness' with the ?sjogrens is getting very bad, dry cough, sipping water through the night, eyes and needing to use artificial saliva. Found a great one which is really very pleasant in fact.
xx now,
Ann

Hi Ann,

I've been getting hives lately too.  I get them on my face!  very pretty.  My doctor isn't sure why I'm getting them.  I might be allergic to something, and that is causing the hives.  any chance you're using a new lotion or laundry detergent?  Anything with lots of phosphates in it might cause skin irritation and hives.  Maybe someone else can shed some more light on this for you too.
