I have been diagnosed ?sjogren's and need sips o wather during the night plus saliva replacement and artificial tears but first thing in the morning is HELL.
I have candida, cracked tongue/sore too, I drink water, wash teeth and use mouth wash and try to get sorted for breakfast and tidying whilst kettle boiling etc and my mouth goes paper dry in an instant once I start activity. I also feel abolutely crape. Once starting moving about I feel nauseous, really shattered tired and very ill. It takes me at least three hours to feel reasonable. I am also like an anti-christ, depressed, I scream and the nearest gets it.
I am clumpsy and have not idea of space, I tend to crash into things and its very painful.
I try to do sort of fiddly things like disentangle the phone and computer wires and get all flustered and bothered cos I dont seem to be able to do it, the hands dont work.
I feel feverish and boil up and if I bend down to get something from bottom drawers or floor It is an awful feeling.
Most of the extremes of these might get better during the day. What I hate is the frustration of not being able to do simple things like disentangle wires et al, the cursing you wouldnt find down a sewer. I get very distress about it all.
Does anyone identify with any of this.

Yeah - I totally relate - still getting tested for things - but that sounds like me, including the candida. I have to totoally stay on top of it or i'm totally miserable.

My mornings are the worst! Even waking up is a chore. My eyes hurt and wake up with a headache often. I can barely wear contacts tho my opt found me some that are better. Do you get bad nausea in the AM right away any times? I get nausea also when I get going most AMs but sometimes i'll even wake up with it. Including very irritating dizziness.

Clumsy - irritable - but it helps if i eat small meals or snacks - of course if i have nausea.....

I get "hot flashes" of fevers, but they usually don't last more than a day.

Sometimes talking is hard - can't find words or get them mixed up.

So yeah, I totally identify. do you have other weird symptoms??

Thanks -Raea

Yeh Raea,
All the added symptoms you mention I also get. ~Nausea is a prob. So is EATING! I find it really difficult to eat as either feel too tired or too ill and food holds no interest for me.
Dizziness not so noticable but I crash into things ok, all the time. My sense of my surroundings seems to have shifted, spaces seem wider than I ever thought!! Hence ankles, head, elbows toes get cracked in agony after knocking into something.
