Sorry for all the posts tonight!
I have been VERY hyper for months now. I was told by the Lupus Centre in London that 'ants in the pants' goes with some autoimmune stuff.
I cannot sit still, I feel agitated and Must keep doing things, I have a touch of OCD, but I think its because everything is going so badly wrong I am trying to make sure one is right, a PERFECT apartment, even straightening an ornament.
Sometimes I am so sweating and about to collapse and realise I cannot continue all the diy-ing and cleaning, I stand in the middle of the floor and cry. I dont know what to do.
relaxations seems not to be part of my ability at present.
Also I am like an Anti-christ and fighting with eveyone. I am very sensitive now and a bit paranoid and when I feel hurt etc I lash out with my tongue, this is SO NOT me. I was a mouse! Only a wee, wee, little mouse, once!

I have to say that stress can make one like that and autoimmune is stressful. Especially untreated. Please know you are not alone and that others understand how bad it can get. I often feel like I need to be doing but am physically unable- that is when it is the worst. Journaling may help.

Thanks Redrose,
Yes, I think it is stress, really, cos apart from knowing I have crohns and almost a defo on the sjogrens, with the 'eye test' anyway and yet no treatment, exhausted permanently and neurological problems and muscle wasting and using a wheelchair and finding walking difficult and the jigs jerks dystonia and chorea, I AM stressed.
One of the specialists at the Lupus centre in London says that ant's in pants goes with autoimmune, I think I will 'calm down' if I am treated decently by docs and actually know what is going on to my body.
The divil you know is better than the divil you dont. B ut the TIREDNESS is so PROFOUND.
Thanks

Hello again Ann . . .

Some good therapy would be reading other members posts and encouraging them. . . all the other members here could use some encouragement and they would love to have you post a hello on their topics too.

Blessings!
