I have slightly elevated sed rate and c-rp. I am anemic and last CBC showed low platelets. I also am a chronic pain patient with multiple levels of disc problems, spinal stenosis, scoliosis and facet hypertrophy. Now I am bleeding in my urine with kidney pain. I have other lupus symptoms like malaise, fatigue, lupus mask, psoriasis and arthritis. Need to see rheumy. My pain is managed by pm doc, but the ctd symptoms are not beingbtreated. Sound like lupus?

Hi Wolf,
I hope you see a doctor soon about the blood in your urine to find the source of that and get treatment. If your sedrate and crp is elevated you have inflammtion somewhere. Alot of your symptoms could be lupus related and need to be checked out. Of course lupus mimics other diseases too. Please let us know what you find out. Don't put off seeing a rheumy soon. Take care and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks. Problem is that they say sed rate is MILDLY elevated and spleen is MILDLY enlarged and it seems that to get a Proper diagnosis, every symptom must be life threatening!
