Hi, I know we have talked about this before but let's just say I didn't want to get off my diet coke or splenda. So long story /short. I only had two cokes left. i drank 1 last night /1 this afternoon.
The thing is my breathing has been terrible lately. I woke up this morning breathing much easier. This afternoon half way through my diet coke my breathing went BAM! down the tubes! I started doing a check on phenylketonurics. What a laundry list of allergies/reactions have been linked to the stuff. I am on high doses of preds and really strong antibiotics for 2 days now so maybe I'm just wishfully thinking that some of this will subside with quiting the artificial sweetners. I am really interested if anyone has gone thru any experences with Artificial sweeteners?
thanks everyone

Darling daughter has done a fair bit of research into anti-inflammatory eating and artificial sweeteners are contra-indicated. . . . looks like you tested that one out for yourself.

It seems you can't really see the significance until you withdraw from them and then try them again. But sugar is not too good either.

If you like sweet . . . Stevia is Ok to use, as is raw honey.

I hope you get some great relief when you test this out further!

Blessings!
