The sun can activate your immune system, which can cause it to attack each of us differently. The effect is cumulative . . . so be aware of the total over any given week. I'm even careful about
the reflection from sand and water. Its amazing how it all adds up. I wear a man's fishing shirt (I've found SPF shirts at men's sporting goods stores). These are long enough to cover my hands and neck. Some are so sensitive that fluorescent lights affect them. You'll eventually learn your tolerance.
