So went to G.I  today the gastroparesis is the cause along with having IBS  more meds yuck, he put me on primene forte if I'm spelling it right my drug store doesn't  have in he is going to order for me he will have by tomorrow. The Doc. also wants to do a colonoscopy but can't yet, bacause of my asthma is acting up  think in the fall he will do one. Heat and humidity is getting the best of me right now sad   Thank god for A.C. Debbie

                Panic Attacks,Osteopenia,Thyroid

Drugdigest.org is a great place to check out meds . . . . but you'll probably need the right spelling or you might end up with the wrong med.

The UC or Chron's foum might know more about that one too.

I hope it helps you lots. The GI issues feel so acute/desperate . . . sorry you are dealing with that too.

My adult daughter gets some great relief for your asthma taking 1T of raw honey each day. The needs to be raw and local. This seems to aleeve the pollen allergies that can make asthma act up this time of year. It doesn't help her in the fall (mold season). But it does great in the spring and summer.

Rosie, He told me he will have it by tomorrow my meds. Never new about the honey must try that. I can't be exposed around dust,mold or allergents,it's impossible. Thanks for the info. Debbie

Debbie, I always hate it when I have to start a new med too. I hope it helps your symptoms though. I just went through the colonoscopy thing and it was found I have mild - moderate ulcerative colitis. I'm on a med for it now and at my follow up next month I'll find out if he wants me on anything long term (I hope not).

Let us know how the new med works for you.
Diagnosis:  UCTD (lupus) 2006; Raynauds 2006; Sjogren's 2006; lupus symptoms began 2003; UC 2008; CFS 1991; Mono 1985
Meds:  Plaquenil 400mg; Prednisone 5-10mg; Tramadol 100mg 3-4x daily; Doxepin 25-50mg; Prevacid; Evoxac; Steriod Cream and Mouth Rinse for tongue and mouth ulcers; Hydrocodone 5/500 prn for severe pain; Artificial tears
