I went to my pcp today my cholesterol is high we talk about going on zorcor but since I have a liver problem he didn't want to put me on so now I will take 3 fish oil pills a day and stay on zeita. Sed. rate is 39. New something was going on since I haven't being feeling good this week to many app.this past month stressfull. 2 doc. that gave him reports said I should get cpap since I stop breathing while sleeping, just another problem not sure if I want to sleep with a mask on. I'm on flonase so I think that is helping. Also I need to wear white stockings (to hot)so when it cools down I will.  Take Care

(((((((((( Debbie ))))))))))

Should I pre-empt the cholesterol issue with fish oil??? sorry you are having more issues.

I know a couple of people who use the C-pap and they were very resistant to trying it. Now, because they sleep so much better, they REALLY like using it.

The stockings do sound hot. Is that for veins??? If so, that's pretty important. I know I don't like wearing my wrist braces at night when its hot . . . but darned the numb/dead arms wake me up and then I'm shamed into it. So I just make it a habit. I'm always afraid of permanent/progressive issues if I don't.

I wish we all had air conditioning!

Blessings!

Yes Rosie, for my veins. I decided to wear them at night, then in the fall I'll wear them more often. The doc. also said the swelling in my ankles would most likely would go away if I use the c-pap. Take Care.. Debbie

Debbie, my husband uses a c-pap for his sleep apnea and it helps a lot with his quality of sleep. There are different kinds of masks and he got to choose which one seemed to most comfortable to him. I'm sorry you are going through so much right now. It seems like there is always something going on with these autoimmune diseases. I need to work on my cholesterol too and I know that losing some weight and getting more active would help me a lot, but it's so hard to do when you aren't feeling well.
