I went to DMV yesterday, to renew my License, (I know should have did it on-line, but just forgot).  I stood in line for 1 hour, I felt ok besides being really tired from standing.
about an hour after coming home, I felt my body like vibrating inside/felt a little shaky, then my stomach pain started.  The pain was diff. from before, ii's hard to describe-felt like my insides were like bubbling inside, layed down cause I couldn't stand up, pain lasted for about 5 hrs, a couple of times I fell asleep, I kept thinking I can control it, I threw up 1x, only clear stuff w/pinkish color came out Sorry if sounds gross).  I have a high tolerance to pain and I was able to control it, I think this is why I fell asleep 2xs during the pain.

When I woke up a 6:30pm, my legs and arms were in soo much pain, this has never happened b4 right after my stomach pain. Pain in legs and arms lasted for about an 1hr.
After, I felt a little better and was able to make something for dinner, I didn't want to scare my little girls. Today, my elbows are hurting but that's it thank god.

I think if this happens again I will have HB take me to ER, I hope it doesn't

May you all have a blessed day.

((((Syl)))) I'm so sorry this happened to you - it sounds like it was just awful. I agree about having your HB take you to the ER if that happens again. I hope you are recovering some from everything. Take care.

Syl, I hope you feel better. I would make an appointmet to talk to your doc about it rather than waiting. your doc may have some ideas of things to test for or some meds you could try for relief to help determine what's going on. I learned the hard way that toughing out these bouts of pain without treatment can cause permanent damage, for me to your colon by getting diverticulosis, so I should have gone in and got the meds, in my case IBS meds to stop the colons. There's also some bacteria and stuff they can test for. And at least if it comes back, you will have it documented ahead of time.

I hope you feel better and sorry you had so much pain.

(((( syl )))) that sounds just terrible. I agree the next time you should go to the ER but hopefully there won't be a next time. I have a lot of GI problems too mine are from lupus and celiac (gluten sensitivity). It usually bothers me when I eat too much dairy, lupus flare or if I've been glutened. I pray you are feeling better today, continue to take it easy.

Hi Syl,

I wouldn't wait till you need an ER. It is always better to go to a specific doctor (of your choice) and get things checked out. The ER definitely has it's place and do go if you have another attack . . . but call your doctor and consider adding a GI doc to your health team.

Keep us posted!!

Blessings!
