Hi all,

I know I've only posted here a few times, and I thank everyone for listening.

Yesterday I just lost it.  I haven't felt so depressed in months and then all of a sudden it's as if nothing can go right. All I want to do is sleep all day and make everything go away. Of course I can't do that. I can't let it win and be a coward. Focus is out the window; I cry when I can't do something, and came close passing out this morning.  I wonder why all of a sudden this is happening.  And how my roommates can just sit in the other room and ignore me. Or make fun of me for needing a coat and gloves already.  I don't care if you're not cold, but I'm not about to freeze!! They just don't get it and I'm afraid I'm losing my patience.

Also, I've been bleeding internally in the ears.  Has anyone had this problem before? I've never heard of it being associated with Lupus.

((((Dana))))
Bless your heart. I know exactly what you mean-it all gets so overwhelming sometimes and other people just don't understand because they don't experience what you are going through. With all our bodies put us through it's hard NOT to be depressed, and it seems the smallest things can set off the waterworks - mine get a regular workout turn . Trust me  it does help to have someone around who at least tries to understand and is supportive- family, friend; and if you don't have anyone close, there are alot of good people on this forum who do know and understand...and care.
As far as the internal bleeding in the ears, I've never experienced that, nor have I heard of it in connection with lupus.....but then again, sometimes I think this cotton pickin disease makes up it's own rules as it goes along!
Please feel free to email me if you need someone to talk to. I hope you feel better soon.
