My mom is my rock. She is always there for me and very supportive. We are very close, and therefore share a lot with one another. I have talked to her a lot about this site, and the wonderful people and advice and support that are here. She was very interested in it, so the other night, she decided to check it out. Just so there are no questions, I chose my screen name, "DQueen", because my family runs the local Dairy Queen, and has all my life. It has always been a big part of my life, hence my name. ANYWAY, my mom saw my screen name and suggested I change it. I asked her why, and she said "Well, anyone who doesn't know your family, might take 'DQueen' to mean something else!" So for those of you who did not know, my name stands for Dairy Queen, NOT Drag Queen! Thanks Mom!!!! tongue turn yeah
Lots of Love!

HAHAHAHA, oh my!!!  That is so funny!  I NEVER correlated your screen name with Drag Queen!  That is hilarious.  I actually thought it was Dairy Queen!  YAY!  That is a really good story.  I wonder if anyone here did think of Drag Queen?  Come on folks, fess up.  Who thought it was Drag Queen?!  shocked

Too funny! I never thought too much about it actually, when I read it I simply say "DQueen" in my head. If anything I probably would have thought "DramaQueen" because lord knows my daughter is one, so I am very familar with that phrase. Thanks for the laugh, it's a cold dreary day here, it brightened up my day...LOL !

Well, although Drama and Drag are certainly things we find often here in Atlanta, my thoughts were definitely in the freezer with the ice cream!
