Be really careful how much water you drink. Too much can throw your electrolytes off and that is really dangerous. It's true that you can kill yourself by drinking too much water!
Recommended amount is 8 cups a day. I probably consume about that or a bit more. The trick to know if you're drinking enough is to look at your pee. If it's very light with almost no color in it when it's in the bowl, then you're well hydrated.
