Well, I'm kind of running late on this since it's the last day to enroll, but...

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Humana insurance? I'm looking into their PPO Medicare Advantage plan to replace Medicare Part A & B. The benefits and providers look good on paper, but I'd like to know if anyone has experienced any problems with Humana or if it's a good company.

Thanks
~ Bee

Hi Bee,

I wanted to let you know that your posting has not gone unnoticed.  I live in Canada so I haven't got a clue about Humana.  Hopefully after the holiday more people will be online and can help you further.

Thanks Ginny, I appreciate that. :) I went ahead and enrolled with Humana since today was the last day, but would still like to hear other people's experiences with it. I think I will have the option to cancel it within the first 3 months if I don't like it, but after that, I'll be stuck with it until next year. I'm just hoping it will be a good plan because the benefits are better than original Medicare...that is IF Humana actually pays the claims and doesn't cause a lot of headaches.
