Welcome to the forum! Donna's right. If it's Pleurisy, then your Lupus is causing it. If your Fibro is flaring, it might be Costochondritis. Increasing your prednisone if it's Fibro, won't help you. Might actually make things worse. Either way, let your rheumy know your symptoms and they can properly diagnose you.
