I don't know whether I'm becoming obsessed with finding symptoms but I've just developed mouth and nose ulcers. Urgh it hurts! Both on the same side of my face too.

Yeah, those ulcers are common with Lupus.  Sometimes a mouth wash helps to keep the pain down and make them go away faster.  If they become bothersome, let your rheumy know.  There might be a prescription mouth wash available for you.

I get those ulcers all the time. I use some anbesol on them when they really hurt. I avoid salty foods and try to stick to soft foods so that the roof of my mouth doesn't get cut all up. As for the ulcers in my nose I can't do much for them but let them run their course.

So sorry that you've got them and I hope they heal really soon.
