Welcome to the forum Angel MJ !!!!

I see you've posted some encouragement in a couple of other topics and I just wanted to welcome you to the forum. This is your very own topic so you can tell us more about yourself here.

Glad you found us!!

hi all ... thank you for the kind welcome ... encouragement to others sees me thru my 'dark patches' ... my mantra 'this too shall pass'

i am in my 30's now and experiencing hormones like never before ... rheumie said depression so i fired him ... yes i am majorly depressed but don't flip my other 20 something symptoms off & then forget to check my kidney function. anyway my recent virus has run its course ... i am still weak but at least managed to water some of the garden today turn little bit more in control as my menstrual cycle has 'regulated' itself again ... phew! for now! i am able to be my more positive self and ready to take life on again (guess the hormones are up at the moment LOL)
also got myself onto meal supplements instead of skipping meals (until i test allergic ... hmmmm) for now i will take sustanance where i can.

i have been on a few boards and find this the most welcoming, down to earth site so far ... THANK YOU!
while i am strong ... to anyone that needs some strength ... i gladly share with you!

Angelique,

Glad you are feeling more in control of things. Do you have a new rheumy yet?? If not, check out the Lupus.org chapter locator at the end of signature. You get a recommendation from your local chapter. I did way better selecting a rheumy from that list. I also attended a local meeting and talked to the people attending to see what doctor they were using. Very helpful.

Glad you found us!

Blessings!
