Sorry this is long but thank you for reading my post, I am 53. My symptoms for quite sometime have been EXTREME fatigue, (I can go to work and come home sleep for 6 hours, get up for 2 and back to sleep for the night) or I wake up alot during the night sometimes 3-4 times for no apparent reason. I have memory problems and seem to get confused where I am doing something I have done a million times and I cannot remember what I am doing this happens quite a bit when things seem to be at their worst, or my words sometimes get slightly scrambled, I have had tremors and they seem to have been getting worse in my hands and my head lately, then I start to get a panic attack and it just scares me. Achyness (feels like the flu) every day, intolerance to heat and cold, I can be anywhere and everyone else is comfortable or warm and my hands extremly cold, this is quite often, my eyes are dry a lot of the time, my hair is thinning but not coming out in clups but it is definatly thinning, I break out in rashes sometimes but not on my face ,sometimes I have a lot of itching and it just goes away, I get low grade fevers, my vision seems to be at times just not right. I get these blisters on the bottom of my foot quite often several they break and turn into a sore then go away, When I got out in the sun the sunlight bothers me. This may sound funny I have just recently have they feel like lightening going through my head. I had some symptoms while working in the South Pacific on a miltary base hospital as a contractor from 2005 to 2007, my doctor at the time ran an ANA which was positve with a homogenous pattern, SED rate was only 27 at the time. 3 weeks ago I was so sick I could not get out of bed for 3 days other than to get to the doctor, my knees were so achy, I was so fatigued and under my left arm my lymph nodes were very swollen, I went to a GP *I recently moved here* and she ran a bunch of tests, my results are ANA 1:320 positive Homogeneous Titer, my SED rate was 43, traces of protein in urine, Triglycerides, Cholesterol and LDH all high and everything else (CBC, metabolic panel,RH factor, C-Reactive Thryoid) are normal I am looking for a new GP for other reasons and I self referred to a Rheumatologist I cannot get into see one until July and have to drive out of town to do so. Does this sound like Lupus? Any advise, opinions I would be very grateful to you.
Thank you very much!
