Hey everyone... I was having a lot of trouble with my Raynaud's and my arms were even turning blue from the raynauds. My dad really looked into and found this Herb called ginkgo biloba and it has worked wonders for me! My Raynauds seems to be gone. When I hold a glass of ice water... and I even put half of my body into the freezer lol.. my raynauds was really gone! I'm hoping it stays this way and I hope that I can hopefully help others with this. Make sure you read about it before you take it. They say it cures 56% of Raynauds cases and not to take it if you are on blood thinners or asprin. Just thought Id share this!

Please always remember to check with your doctor when trying these other remedies...

it is important that the doctor know about all the changes in what you are putting into your body so that he can get an accurate picture of what medication/alternate medications/etc might be doing or how they might be interacting.

Some of these are dangerous in combination with our prescription medications!
