Hey y'all!  I wanted to give you guys an update on my weight loss efforts!  I went for blood work today and weighed in while I was there.  I have lost an additional 14.7 pounds!!!!   That makes a total of 37 pounds and 12 ounces for this month!!  I'm feeling so much better.  I am up to walking a 1/2 mile.  Which isn't awesome, but considering all, it aint too shabby!  I know alot of this weight loss is fluid and it will slow down, but I really do feel so much better!
As soon as I got home from having blood work, the nurse was calling.  Some of my stuff is whacked. Please send up a lil prayer that my kidney function will be stable!  I waiting to hear on that!  God Bless each of you!  Judy

YIPPEE !!!!!

Judy you are doing so good. You really have the mindset. Walking is a great excercise.
Years ago I was a weight loss consultant and I encouraged every one to walk. Walk
even if the farthest you can go is 1 block. Increase the distance slowly. You are
building up muscle and muscle burns fat.

Prayers are on the way, hoping your bloodwork will be fine.

Thank you all so much! My kidneys were okay, turns out I had a severe UTI! Whew! I have had symptomless UTI's since I had cytoxan treatments! I'm relieved, I really want to avoid dialysis for as loooooooong as possible! (forever would be nice!) Love you all! Judy
