I took my girls to the amusement park Thursday and my legs are killing me- muscle pain. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I know time will fix it but I hate leg pain I also hate taking pain pills so if I can avoid that it would be appreciated. I tried a hot soak earlier and it helped for a bit but now it's back.

Well you could always amputate them legs...

Oh ok ok ok....

Step on your foot or hit yourself in the head to take your mind off of the pain in your legs

Ok ok really LOL

RICE do you remember RICE??

R Rest
I Ice
C Compression
E Elevation

Gilfriend, take a break. Put your feet up. Make hubby wait hand and foot on you.

At bed put your feet higher than your heart.

Take some anti inflamatory or ibeprophen.

thanks, I rested as much as I could but so much had to be done because school is starting up again. I am happy to say my legs are back to normal again, I didn't have to resort to more than 1 pain pill during the absolute worst of it so I could sleep. I didn't use ice though because of the raynauds phenomenon. Hubby did everything he could to help but I hate asking him to do more than he already does.
